We offer full property services ranging from tenant relations, financial reporting, property and landscape maintenance. We contract with local small businesses in our community who are highly skilled in their areas of expertise. Our creative advertising avenues find the best tenants in the shortest time possible. OUR TEAM
Melissa Griffeth (aka Missy) is our company owner and has been working in property management for over 10 years. She overseas our company and is passionate about introducing new and innovative ways to elevate our investor and resident experience. When not working, Missy enjoys camping, seeing live music at Red Rocks and spending time with her husband and blended family of 7.
Maggie Barrentine has been with Alliance PM for 8 years and has been working in leasing for the past 6 years. Maggie's role has expanded to managing our growing team, as well as the care and maintenance of your home. She has a keen eye for identifying maintenance needs when walking homes and has developed strong, trusted relationships with our vendors - further enhancing the care of your property. Maggie works closely with Missy in the day-to-day operations of managing our homes and excels in her role as our Maintenance Manager.
Delanie is our leasing assistant. She personally tours your home with our prospective tenants and handles our phone lines. Additionally, she walks our vacant homes weekly to ensure they are secure with no maintenance issues. Her outgoing, sweet spirit puts people at ease and makes them feel like they have a friend in leasing.
Michelle is our administrative assistant. Her attention to detail makes this role a perfect position for her and we feel so fortunate to have her. Michelle has been a huge help in wrestling the never-ending paperwork that comes with leasing.
