We strive to professionally manage all types of properties including single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes and duplex units throughout El Paso County and the Colorado Sprints metro area. We offer full property services ranging from tenant relations, financial reporting, property and landscape maintenance. We contract with local small businesses in our community who are highly skilled in their areas of expertise. Our creative advertising avenues find the best tenants in the shortest time possible. Melissa Griffeth, affectionately known as Missy, is the proud owner of our company and a seasoned property management professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. As the driving force behind the company, she is dedicated to enhancing the investor and resident experience through innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence.
Missy's leadership style is rooted in fostering strong relationships and continuously introducing cutting-edge solutions to improve the services we provide. Outside of her professional life, Missy loves spending time in nature, especially camping, and is a frequent visitor to Red Rocks for live music performances. She also cherishes quality moments with her husband and their blended family of seven, where she enjoys the balance of work and family life
With over a decade of experience in property management, Maggie worked her way up from office manager to leasing consultant, maintenance manager, and now property manager. This hands-on journey has given her a deep understanding of every aspect of the industry, allowing her to manage your home with both expertise and efficiency. Maggie is currently working towards her Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This voluntary certification reflects her commitment to continuous learning and delivering the highest level of service.
Known in the office as the "firefighter," Maggie thrives under pressure, tackling challenges head-on and prioritizing the most critical steps to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Her keen eye for detail ensures that preventative maintenance isn’t overlooked, protecting both your investment and the well-being of our residents. Above all, Maggie believes in clear communication and providing five-star customer service. Whether it’s problem-solving, property upkeep, or tenant relations, Maggie is dedicated to making property management as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Delanie is our leasing assistant. She personally tours your home with our prospective tenants and handles our phone lines. Additionally, she walks our vacant homes weekly to ensure they are secure with no maintenance issues. Her outgoing, sweet spirit puts people at ease and makes them feel like they have a friend in leasing.
Michelle is our administrative assistant. Her attention to detail makes this role a perfect position for her and we feel so fortunate to have her. Michelle has been a huge help in wrestling the never-ending paperwork that comes with leasing.
